At Headboards World, we want you to love your bedroom transformation; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your headboard within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your headboard in its original box, ensuring all hardware and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
